The Window Shopper Tote is a Mrs H pattern the February Pattern for the Bag of the Month Club 2016. The finished size of this bag is 15″ x 16 x 2.5″, It has two large outside pockets, one in each side of the bag. Each pocket closes with a magnetic snap and has a different shape. The bag has oval handles, closes with a recessed zipper and it has cross-body strap.
The Window Shopper Tote Bag was my fourth of the Bag of The Month Club 2016 project. In the Bag of The Month Club you buy a bundle of 6 surprise patterns and you’ll receive 6 patterns, one a month from January – June and It’s a surprise what the pattern is before you receive it! The Polaris Bag is the March 2016 pattern.
Pattern: Window Shopper Tote, Mrs H Pattern
Fabric: Denim for the body of the bag and home decor fabric for the pockets.

The pattern include illustrated sewing instruction that are easy to follow and also nice bag sewing tips. It’s been fun to be part of the Bag of the Month Club, I love to see all the bags from the talented participants in the Facebook group and I would love to participate again next year. You don’t get to choose the patterns, but it is a good learning experience.
The BOMC bundle is available until June 30, after that date the patterns will be available individually.
