The Lilac mini messenger bag is a quick and easy sew. This bag has many details including piping and a twist lock closure on the flap. You can use contrasting fabrics on the flap and it can be sewn using all kind of materials – vinyl, faux leather, quilting cotton, canvas, etc. The finished measurements of this bag is 10″ wide (bottom) x 8″ height x 2″ deep.

You’ll Need:
3/4 yard Exterior fabric for the body, strap, and flap.
1/2 yard quilting cotton
1 yard woven fusible interfacing (SF 101)
1/2 yard fusible fleece
twist lock
6” zipper
2 – 1.25” O-rings
1” rectangle slide
piping (optional)
The bag features a zipper pocket in the back.
And it features an interior slip pocket.
